I’m Sophie Campbell, a professional dancer, qualified yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, nutrition advisor – and founder of Mission.

Born and raised on the Isle of Man, I’ve been dancing since the age of three. After training locally and winning the inaugural Young Dancer of Mann award in 2007, I decided to follow my heart. My studies led me to The Hammond School, the oldest vocational dance provider in the UK, from which I graduated with a Diploma in Professional Dance in 2010.

Since then, I’ve danced my way across five continents for one of the world’s biggest cruise lines, been mentored by Beyoncé and Rihanna’s choreographer, and returned home to the Island to pursue my passion for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Over the past decade - with a creative, open mind and a dedication to self- discovery, dance, yoga, and a balanced, healthy lifestyle - I’ve developed a philosophy that’s guided me through dark times and helped me grow.

I love working with others to help them reach their goals. Encourage them to realise their dreams. Motivate them to get what they really want.

I’m thankful every day for what I’ve learnt and how it’s taken me to where I am today.

I’m inspired to share it with you. That’s my mission.
What’s yours?
