Cancellation Policy

At Mission we understand that an emergency can happen and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. In this event the following policy will apply:

If I (the trainer) cancels or runs late.

  • If I am forced to cancel our session within 12 hours I will make up the session at no charge to you.

  • If I am forced to cancel our session giving you more than 12 hoursโ€™ notice I will reschedule as soon as possible.

  • If I run late in starting our session I will extend the session time accordingly or make it up at a future date, whichever is most convenient to you.

If you (the client) cancel or run late

  • If a client has to cancel or reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, the client must cancel at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 12 hours in advance, Mission Limited reserves the right to charge the session. If a client is on a package - one session will be taken due to cancellation. 

  • If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Mission Limited reserves the right to charge for the session. If a client is on a package - one session will be taken due to not showing up. 

  • Purchased packages are non-refundable

    All cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance through the booking system, phone, text or email.
