The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga are well-documented, but sometimes taking part in a group setting isn’t for everyone.

Our eight-week Yoga Pass gives you access to a unique programme that’s created just for you. Working from our secluded, modern studio on the outskirts of Douglas, each one-to-one session focuses on getting results while moving at a pace that you decide.

Your fully-qualified instructor, Sophie, will guide you through each session and, with a blend of encouragement, bespoke tuition, and goal setting, you’ll experience the healing powers of yoga in a fresh, invigorating way.

No matter your ability or experience - whether you’re getting fit for the summer or a special event, or are simply in search of a healthier lifestyle - this is individual fitness training with a difference.

We’ve all had enough of overly busy gyms and queues for our favourite machine. Through a combination of body weight and free weight exercises, you’ll benefit from attentive, supportive guidance designed to enliven and energise. That’s our mission.



Dance like nobody’s watching with the Mission Dance Pass.

We love dancing. Mission wouldn’t exist without it, and we believe there are few greater joys than helping someone express themselves. That’s why, with our eight- week block pass, you’ll be led through a tailored programme that’s entirely your own.

Whatever your age, you’ll be supported throughout a series of private, one-to-one dance classes from our modern studio. You’ll be taught by an award-winning professional dancer and choreographer with over a decade’s experience of dancing in shows around the globe, and learn at a speed that’s best for you.

Perfect for those starting out in a new hobby, for children in need of further tuition, or even a couple practicing their first dance. The only limit is your imagination!

Choose from ballet, contemporary, jazz, or commercial and let us take you by the hand.

Capturing the true spirit of Mission, this holistic eight-part programme offers a fusion of yoga, dance, fitness, and nutrition.

It’s comprised of everything we love the most, and can be customised just for you, which means you can dive deeper into the areas that inspire, and leave behind those that don’t. Simple.

We’ll work closely every step of the way, giving you expert guidance, easy-to-follow nutrition plans, and motivation when you need a helping hand.
