This 4 week workshop series is designed specifically for the absolute beginner, those curious about adding yoga to their life or anyone who has not practiced for a while & would like a step-by-step review of the basics.
Our beginner series focuses on stress relief, gentle movements and injury support, offering a pathway to improved mental and physical health. Upon completion you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable & confident walking into a drop-in basic or open level yoga classes.
Date: Wednesday 1st May- Wednesday 22nd May 2024 7.30-8.30pm - 4 weeks in person
